EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED UP TO 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THAT THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE FINALISING YOUR PURCHASE.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING DUST BAG) AND IN ‘AS NEW’ CONDITION. ALL TAGS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND MUST BE INTACT. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE RECEIPT WITHIN THE PACKAGE SO WE CAN DETERMINE WHO THE RETURN BELONGS TO. ANY ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH OUR WAREHOUSE & ARE SIGNED FOR. 

TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR PARCEL(S) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE A DELIVERY SERVICE THAT INSURES YOU FOR THE VALUE OF THE ITEM(S) & THE ITEM(S) MUST BE RECORDED & SIGNED FOR.

ANY ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH OUR WAREHOUSE & ARE SIGNED FOR. 

ONCE YOUR ITEM(S) ARRIVE BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE, EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

RETURNS POLICY

BEFORE SHIPPING AN ITEM BACK TO US, YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORISATION REQUEST FROM OUR RETURNS DIVISON  WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. THIS WILL ENSURE OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST. MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL SO THAT WE CAN PROCESS YOUR RETURN QUICKLY FOR YOU.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED
  • PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTIONAL SALE PERIOD
  • PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN A CONDITION OTHER THAN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION
  • PRODUCTS WITHOUT THEIR TAGS / PACKAGING ATTACHED
  • PRODUCTS THAT APPEAR WORN OR SMELL OF PERFUME OR DEODORANT 
  • PRODUCTS THAT ARE MARKED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. 

OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN IF A RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. IN THIS INSTANCE, THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ADDRESS ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL NEED TO COVER THE COST OF YOUR RETURN BACK TO US. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKED METHOD OF POSTAGE TO ENSURE IT REACHES US SAFELY AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS.
